Individual Empire™ is a product of Rubytech LLC, a company registered in Georgia. By using our Services, you enter into a legal agreement with Rubytech LLC.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Individual Empire™ services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

Services Description

Individual Empire™ provides AI-powered digital twin and conversational avatar services. Our Services include:

• AI voice and text conversation handling
• Automated booking and scheduling
• FAQ answering and customer enquiry handling
• Calendar integration and notifications
• Multi-agent persona configuration

Recording Consent

By using our voice and video chat services, you consent to the recording of your conversations. This includes audio, video (if enabled), and transcriptions.

Subscription and Pricing

Individual Empire™ offers subscription plans on a monthly basis:

• Solo: $99/month - 200 minutes included
• Business: $199/month - 500 minutes included
• Enterprise: $499+/month - 2,000+ minutes included

Overage charges of $0.15 per minute apply beyond included allowances. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Individual Empire™ responsibly and lawfully. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Prohibited Content:

• Profanity, obscenity, or vulgar language
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Threats, intimidation, or bullying
• Sexual content, solicitation, or exploitation
• Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent schemes

Prohibited Actions:

• Attempting to manipulate, deceive, or "jailbreak" AI agents
• Reverse engineering, copying, or misappropriating our technology
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
• Interfering with other users' access to the service
• Circumventing security measures or access controls
• Using the service for any illegal purpose

Enforcement:

We operate a zero tolerance policy. Violations may result in immediate termination of your session, permanent account suspension, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

Limitation of Liability

Individual Empire™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
